Congratulations to Mark Aberlardo of Auckland for winning $100 cash by following NZMMA on Facebook while we we reported from Muay Thai Mayhem 3 in Mt Maungaui, this past Saturday.

I'm so excited to be back here in beautiful Mount Maunganui, waiting for tonight's fights to begin.

 

Muay Thai Mayhem 3 is the third show from Red Dragon trainer and promoter Brent Maharey that not only has some exciting fights on the card (available shortly) but is also being held in honour of the late Luke Miller.

 

As always, I'll be posting live results and play-by-plays on our Facebook page. So be sure to 'LIKE' our page so you can receive my updates.

This is how it works:

Text 'MMA', your full name, city/town to '244' and you will enter a draw to win $100 cash.

 

I will draw the winner after Fight 13 so keep an eye out on our NZMMA Facebook page where I will announce the winner.

 

The winning entrant will have 10 minutes to comment on my page to claim the prize and as soon as I hear from you NZMMA will private message you back with details on how to claim your prize.

 

If the winning entrant does not comment within 10 minutes of announcing their name, I will redraw a winner until the prize has been claimed within the 10 minute time limit.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Each text will cost you one text as per your own mobile plan PLUS an additional 20c per text.

ICNZ 12 Fight Card

ICNZ have released the fight card for ICNZ 12, scheduled to rock the North Shore Event Center on Saturday, September 25 at 5pm.

 

The event will feature a mix of B-Class and A-Class rules and five Pro Class fights.

 

Luke Jumeau and Dominic Bond are waiting to confirm opponents for their pro fights.

 

Middleweights Gareth Burke faces Forrest Goodwin.

 

Kate Aroa and Deney Hayward, New Zealand's two top female MMA fighters, compete for the ICNZ Womens Open title.

 

And ICNZ Welterweight Champion Daniel Digby will headline the event against an Australian opponent, still to be confirmed.
